About this Tour

A varied mountain bike tour with steady climbs, forest landscapes, levada sections, and a fun descent back to the coast.

Starting at Terreiro da Luta, we enjoy beautiful views over São Gonçalo before riding uphill through Montado do Pereiro and the Parque Ecológico do Funchal towards the plateau of Chão da Lagoa.

The effort is rewarded with great trails, a scenic section along the Levada da Serra do Faial, and a fast descent back to Caniço de Baixo.
